Returns - Refunds

If the product you received does not satisfy you for any reason, you can return it (and will refund your money by depositing to your bank account),

Or change it ( change form available here).

Changes and refunds are made within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt.

Returns / changes are only accepted if the products you wish to return or change are in the same condition as you received them, ie. they have not been worn, ironed, washed or otherwise cleansed. Also, any labels accompanying the product should be as it was when you received it.  It must be accompanied by the original retail receipt or invoice. 

Greece:

For refunds, the cost of shipping the product is borne by the buyer. 

For changes, the cost of return and post-delivery costs is € 6 (if you ship with ACS courier) and will be charged to the buyer upon receipt of the change product. Otherwise, you can return it in any way you wish at your own charge and when you receive the change, 3 euros are paid for shipping costs. 

Abroad:

The cost of return, change, and subsequent return of the product will be borne by the buyer.

Until the product arrives to us, it is at your own risk, so it is important to ensure that it is safely transported in order to avoid damage and therefore its failure to return. The address to send the product is Libelloula, 1 Patriarchou Ioakim, 10673, ATHENS.

Returns of custom-made products are not accepted

Bids will not be refunded and will only be changed in terms of number.
