How can I shop?

On our e-shop, the buying process is very simple! Click on the model and the product you are interested in will appear. Then select the color and size and click on 'Add to cart'. Then go to the top right of the page and click on the basket icon. Then follow the steps in the purchase process.

How can I pay?

At our e-shop you can pay in the following ways:

  1. Cash on delivery
  2. The method of cash payment is available only for purchases within Greece. For those who prefer this method, the products are received (in the address you have stated) through the courier company (ACS courier), with which we cooperate, and you pay the price of your order at the time of receipt. Your order has a delivery two to four (2-4) business days.
  3. PayPal
  4. With secure PayPal online payment service. Pay Pal's payment method is available for purchases from home and abroad. You can also pay with your credit card without having a paypal account. We confirm that our company does not receive any information about your credit card.
  5. Credit / debit card

Can I return the product?

Of course, if the product you received does not satisfy you for any reason, you can change it or return it within 14 days of the purchase with the receipt and we will return your money by depositing to your bank account. To change or return goods purchased online, we kindly ask you to complete the return form and send it back together with the goods in question. We would be grateful if you could specify the reason for the return (incorrect size, not what you wanted, etc). This will help us to further improve our offering in future. Please repackage the products thoroughly to avoid transport damages. Ideally, please re-use the original wrapping. For further information please check the return form.

What are the shipping costs?

Greece: For orders over € 120 the shipment is free of charge. For orders below € 120 the cost of transport is € 3. The shipments of the products are made through the Courier company 'ACS Courier'. Europe and other countries: Depending on the country and the weight of the products of the order, the Greek postal price list is valid. In any case you are informed of our e-shop before completing your order.

How many days are needed to ship the product?

The order is received in 1-4 business days (within Greece) and 3 - 7 working days (outside Greece, for abroad).

How secure are my transactions?

Our company and our website www.libelloula.com do not have access to, collect or store your card details in any way. Our website also uses SSL security protocol.

Can I buy 'Libelloula Collection' only from e-shop?

The Libelloula collection is available in addition to the online store and at the company's natural stores in Athens, Larissa, Heraklion Crete, as well as selected stores all over Greece and Cyprus.
